ÖZELLİKLERİ:
A-Kalite alüminyum malzemeden üretilen gövde korozyana uğramaz, paslanmaz.
Alüminyum malzemenin özel şekli yüksek mukavemet kazandırır ve aracı darbelere karşı maksimum düzeyde korur.
Ayak basılan üst yüzey alüminyum, 65 mm genişliğindeki siyah kabartma desenleri ABS plastik, 55 mm’lik alın bölümü (dışa bakan yüzey) boyalı alüminyumdur. Ürünün boyu 112 cm’dir.
Orijinal şasi bağlantı noktalarına özel tasarlanarak 6222-Kalite HRP malzemeden lazer kesim tekniği ile CNC tezgahlarda hazırlanan braketler kusursuz uyumludur ve montajda ekstra tadilat gerektirmez.
Galvaniz kaplı bağlantı braketleri paslanmaz ve korozyona uğramaz.
Dot Line teker arkası koruma 50 Kg’a kadar ağırlığı rahatlıkla taşır.
Civatalar ve diğer montaj elemanları galvaniz kaplı çeliktir.

MATERIAL:
Dot Line Side Guard Bars body is of A-Quality Aluminum, The upper surface on which the foot is pressed is of aluminum material, and the 65 mm-width black embossed patterns are of ABS plastic. The 55 mm forehead part of the product (outward surface) is painted aluminum, mounting brackets are of HRP-6222 Quality HRP material. Bolts and other mounting elements included in the package are of galvanized chrome.
FEATURES:
Dot Line Side Guard Bars body is of A-Quality Aluminum material and will not corrode, nor rust.
The special shape gives high strength iand protects the vehicle against impacts at the maximum level.
The upper surface on which the foot is pressed is of aluminum material, and the 65 mm-width black embossed patterns are of ABS plastic.
The 55 mm forehead part of the product (outward surface) is painted aluminum material, The length of the product is 112 cm.
Mounting brackets are of 6222 Quality HRP material and specially designed according to the original connection points on the chassis, and fit perfectly into the vehicle as they are prepared in laser-cut and CNC. It does not require any extra modification during assembly.
Connection brackets are galvanized and will not get rusted and corroded.
The material of the Dot Line tread guards can easily carry up to 50 kg.
Bolts and other mounting elements included in the package are of galvanized chrome.
Box contents: 2 pcs Profile vehicle-specific connection brackets, mounting elements, assembly instructions.
It can be installed without the need for professional support.
Stainless products are guaranteed 5 years against rust
Professional Installation is recommended.
