MATERIAL: Body A-Quality Aluminum material.
The upper surface on which the foot is pressed is aluminum, black embossed patterns are in ABS plastic.
The brackets used for connection to the vehicle are galvanized 6222 Quality HRP steel.
Bolts etc. from other mounting elements are galvanized steel.
FEATURES:
The aluminum material of Dot Line Steps does not corrode or rust when exposed to mud, salt water, ice and rain.
While the body is being prepared, the steps create high strength depending on the shape given to the aluminum material. In addition to the inherent resistance of the aluminum material, with the extra protection resistance provided by the structure, it protects your vehicle at the maximum level against impacts, as well as serving as a step.
Compared to other step models, the upper foot surface of Dot Line side steps is made of aluminum material, and the black embossed patterns are made of ABS plastic material. It has a 75 mm wide surface.
The FOREHEAD part of the product (outward facing surface) is ELECTROSTATICALLY painted aluminum material and has a surface of 55 mm.
The brackets are specially designed according to the original connection points on the chassis of your vehicle. Since it is laser cut and prepared on a CNC bench, it fits the vehicle perfectly. It does not require any modification during installation.
The steps do not rust or corrode.
The material of Dot Line side steps can easily carry up to 90 kg.
