MALZEME:
Gövde 10 mm Çelik malzeme, Üst kaplama Elektrostatik Mat Siyah boya.
Bağlantı braketleri, 6 mm çelikten üretilerek elektrostatik mat siyah boya ile kaplanmıştır. Diğer montaj elemanları (civata, somun, pul vb.) galvaniz kaplı çeliktir.
ÖZELLİKLERİ:
Tamponun köşelerindeki ayak basamakları ürünü oldukça kullanışlı hale getirmektedir.
Basamakların bulunduğu yerde ayrıca led aydınlatma sistemi bulunmaktadır.
Tamponun üst kısmında bulunan ızgaralar kayma yapmaz ve isteğe bağlı olarak boyanabilmektedir.
Çelik malzeme elektrostatik boya ile kaplandığından deniz suyu, buz ve yağmura maruz kaldığında korozyana uğramaz, paslanmaz.
Ürün lazer kesim tekniği ile CNC tezgahında hazırlandığından araca kusursuz uyum sağlar. Montaj esnasında hiçbir tadilat gerektirmez.
Ürün aracınızdaki tamponun üstüne monte edilmez, ürünün kendisi tampondur.
Dakar çelik arka tamponu aracınıza takmak için aracınızın orijinal tamponunun sökülmesi gerekmektedir.
Dakar Çelik Arka Tampon’un araca bağlantısı için kullanılan braketler; şasedeki orijinal bağlantı noktalarına göre özel olarak tasarlanmaktadır. Lazer kesim tekniği ile CNC tezgahında hazırlannan braketler araca kusursuz uyum sağlar. Montaj esnasında hiçbir tadilat gerektirmez. Elektrostatik boya ile kaplanan malzemeler paslanmaz ve korozyona uğramaz.
Paket içeriğinde bulunan diğer montaj elemanlarından civata vb. ürünler galvaniz kaplı çeliktir.

Mitsubishi L200 Dakar V2 Steel Rear Bumper LED Sensorless 2020 and After Product Features;
The body of the Dakar steel rear bumper is made of 10 mm Steel. Electrostatic paint is used on the top coating.
The steps on the corners of the bumper make the product very useful.
There is also an LED lighting system where the steps are located.
The grids on the upper part of the bumper do not slip and can be painted optionally.
Since the steel material is coated with electrostatic paint, it does not corrode or rust when exposed to snow, ice and rain.

Brackets used for the connection of the Dakar Steel Rear Bumper to the vehicle;
The brackets are specially designed according to the original connection points on the chassis of your vehicle, and they fit perfectly into the vehicle as they are prepared in laser cut and CNC. It does not require any extra modification during assembly.
Connection brackets are made of 6 mm steel. It is coated with electrostatic paint. It does not rust and does not corrode.
