MALZEME: Gövde 1. Kalite Alüminyum malzemeden, Gövde üzerinde basılan yüzey, ABS Plastik malzemeden,alın kısmındaki malzeme mat paslanmaz alüminyum sac malzemeden, Basamakların araca bağlantısı için kullanılan braketler, 6222 Kalite HRP malzemeden üretrilmektedir.
Krom ürünün alın kısmındaki malzeme parlak 304 paslanmaz çelik kromdur.
ÖZELLİKLERİ:
Alüminyum malzeme, tuzlu su, çamur, buz ve yağmura maruz kaldığında korozyana uğramaz, paslanmaz. Malzemeye verilen şekil sayesinde basamaklar yüksek mukavemet oluşturur. Alüminyumun direncine ek olarak tasarım ve yapının verdiği ekstra koruma direnci, aracınızı darbelere karşı maksimum düzeyde korur.
Ürünün alın bölümü (dışa bakan yüzey), alüminyum, siyah ve krom olarak üç seçeneklidir. İlan başlığındaki ‘KROM” “SİYAH” veya ‘ALÜMİNYUM” alın rengini ifade eder. Gövde malzemesiyle ilgili değildir.
Braketler, aracınızın şasesindeki orijinal bağlantı noktalarına göre özel tasarlanarak, lazer kesim ile CNC tezgahta hazırlandığından araca kusursuz uyum sağlar ve tadilatsız montaj imkanı verir.
Galvaniz kaplı bağlantı braketleri, paslanmaz ve korozyona uğramaz.
Paslanmaz ürünler, paslanmaya karşı 5 Yıl garantilidir.
Blackline yan basamakların malzemesi, 350 Kg’a kadar ağırlığı rahatlıkla taşır. Ancak şasede bağlandığı noktalar maksimum 200 Kg. ağırlığı sağlıklı bir şekilde taşıdığı için tavsiye edilen maksimum taşıma 200 Kg’dır.
Paket içeriğindeki vida, civata, pul, somun vb montaj elemanları galvaniz kaplı çeliktir.

COMPATIBILITY: TOYOTA HILUX 2015 and ONWARDS
MATERIAL: Body is made of 1st Quality Aluminum material, the top surface of the body is made of ABS Plastic, and he material on the forehead is made of matte stainless aluminum sheet material, The mounting brackets are made of 6222 Quality HRP material.
The material on the forehead of the chrome product is bright 304 stainless steel chrome.
FEATURES:
Aluminum material does not corrode or rust when exposed to sea water, mud, ice and rain. The special shape of the material gives the steps high strength. In addition to the resistance of aluminum, the extra protection resistance provided by the design and structure protects your vehicle against impacts at the maximum level.
The forehead of the step (outward-facing surface) has three options as aluminum, black and chrome. ‘CHROME’, ‘BLACK’ or ‘ALUMINUM’ in the ad title refers to forehead color and is not related to the body material.
Since the brackets are specially designed according to the original connection points on the chassis and prepared with laser-cut technique on CNC bench with, they fit perfectly into the vehicle and allow hassle-free mounting.
Galvanized connection brackets do not get rusted and corroded.
Stainless products are guaranteed for 5 years against corrosion.
Blackline side steps can easily carry up to 350 kg, however the points connected to the chassis are maximum 200 kg. The recommended maximum load is 200 kg as it carries the weight in a healthy way.
Screws, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. mounting elements in the package are galvanized steel.

INSTALLATION:
Side steps are shipped with visual assembly diagram. It can be installed without the need for professional support.
