MALZEME: Basamakların gövdesi A-Kalite galvalume malzemeden üretilmektedir.
Galvalume malzeme, kar, buz, tuzlu su ve yağmura maruz kaldığında korozyana uğramaz, paslanmaz. Gövdenin basılan üst yüzeyine, basamağın modelini oluşturan ABS Plastik kaplanmıştır. Basamakların araca bağlantısında kullanılan braketler HRP-6222 malzemedir. Diğer montaj elemanlarından civata vb. ürünler galvaniz kaplı çeliktir.
ÖZELLİKLER: Gövde hazırlanırken, galvalume malzemeye verilen şekil sayesinde basamaklar yüksek mukavemete sahiptir. Galvalume malzemenin kendi direncine ek olarak yapısının verdiği ekstra koruma direnciyle, basamak görevi dışında aracınızı darbelere karşı da maksimum seviyede korur.
Ürünün alın bölümü (dışa bakan yüzey), alüminyum ve krom olarak iki ayrı seçenekte olabilir. Dış kısmı ifade eden ‘KROM” veya ‘ALÜMİNYUM” ibarelerinin gövde malzemesiyle ilgisi yoktur.
Alüminyum ürünün alın kısmındaki malzeme mat paslanmaz alüminyum sactır. Krom ürünün alın kısmındaki malzeme ise parlak 304 paslanmaz çeliktir.
Braketler, aracınızın şasesindeki orijinal bağlantı noktalarına göre özel olarak tasarlanarak lazer kesimle CNC tezgahta hazırlandığından araca kusursuz uyum sağlar. Montaj esnasında tadilat gerektirmez.
Bağlantı braketleri galvaniz kaplanara paslanmadan ve korozyondan korunmuştur.
Nevada yan basamakları 350 Kg’a kadar ağırlığa dayanır. Ancak şase bağlantı noktaları maksimum 200 Kg. ağırlığı sağlıklı bir şekilde taşıdığından tavsiye edilen maksimum taşıma 200 Kg’dır.

VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN 2016+ NEVADA SIDE STEP CHROME SKİRTED, 173CM
COMPATIBILITY: VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN 2016+ and onwards.
MATERIAL: The body of the steps is made of A-Quality galvalume material.
Galvalume material does not corrode or rust when exposed to snow, ice, salt water and rain. The printed upper surface of the body is covered with ABS Plastic, which forms the model of the step. The brackets used in the connection of the steps to the vehicle are HRP-6222 material. Bolts etc. from other mounting elements. The products are galvanized steel.
FEATURES: While the body is being prepared, the steps have high strength thanks to the shape given to the galvalume material. In addition to the resistance of the galvalume material, it also protects your vehicle against impacts at the maximum level, with the extra protection resistance provided by its structure.
The forehead part of the product (outward facing surface) can be in two different options as aluminum and chrome. The words ‘CHROME’ or ‘ALUMINUM’ denoting the outer part have nothing to do with the body material.
The material on the forehead of the aluminum product is matt stainless aluminum sheet. The material on the forehead of the chrome product is bright 304 stainless steel.
Since the brackets are specially designed according to the original connection points on the chassis of your vehicle and prepared on a CNC machine with laser cutting, they fit the vehicle perfectly. It does not require modification during installation.
Connection brackets are protected from rust and corrosion to galvanized plates.
Nevada side steps withstand weight up to 350 Kg. However, the chassis connection points are maximum 200 Kg. Since it carries the weight in a healthy way, the recommended maximum transport is 200 Kg.
